Auto renewal of ISP plans

We have introduced auto-renewal of ISP plans. This is useful for those who wish to have their plans renew automatically, without having to do so manually. Please follow the steps below to enable the automatic renewal. 

1. Navigate to your orders

2. Click the three dots, click "auto-renew setting"

3. Enable the setting, enter a coupon, click save 

You will receive a warning sign that states that by opting in, we will automatically charge your card on file 24 hours before your plan is set to expire. You will have the option to enter a coupon but the coupon MUST be active.

If it is not active, you will be charged full price.
