Cancelling a Server
We're sad to see you go! If you would like to cancel your Oculus Server subscription, please cancel your PayPal autopay subscription, as shown here.
If you continue to receive invoices sent to your email, do not pay them. You can simply ignore the invoices once your PayPal autopay is cancelled.
Why does my Oculus Server invoice show unpaid?
In the case you pay for your server and your invoice says "unpaid", please open a support ticket in our discord.
Please provide the email you signed up for on the server site and the transaction ID payment in PayPal.
You may also open a ticket if you have any other billing questions.
